About Elise
Elise Pierre: Sound bowls Practitioner and Yoga Teacher
I am a musician and yoga teacher with a holistic approach to healing, integrating sound, breathwork, movement, and mindfulness. Certified in 200-hour Hot Vinyasa under Kevan Gale in 2017, I am currently pursuing an 800-hour Yoga Therapy program at the Amrit Yoga Center.
A transformative yoga class led me to realize the importance of self-love and self-acceptance. This journey inspired me to teach, viewing yoga classes as a communion where we share energy and evolve together. Two years ago, I discovered Sound Bath and integrated it into my practice, enhancing stress relief and trauma recovery.
To be able to feel the emotions that life shares like joy, happiness, and love, is a luxury that many of us do not allow ourselves. Through these different modalities, a world of possibilities opens up: renewing the nervous system, reconnecting with our emotions and body, and living in total harmony with ourselves and the world around us. Reconnecting with the nervous center and emotions felt in the body, often without even knowing it, is key. Yoga is a gentle practice, an exploration of the moment where our perception is refined, allowing us to reclaim our place in all its complexity and colors.
